One of the most rewarding acoustic basses out there.
A lot of thought went into the design of the Furch B61-CM acoustic bass. For this model, Furch chose to use Western Red Cedar for the top and African Mahogany for the body, Ebony bridge and fretboard and TUSQ nut and saddle. But what makes this bass sound so good are the unique custom top bracing Furch designed along with the location of the sound-hole which emphasises low frequencies. Playing the B61-CM with an acoustic ensemble is great, it projects a very solid sound which easily cuts through the mix. But in case you need it, the L.R Baggs Element system is there awaiting to be plugged.
A piece of advice from our guys: After purchasing your Furch B61-CM try it with flat-wound strings.
